I was contacted and asked for a traditional danish appetizer - and here goes. In danish it is called "Tarteletter med høns i Asparges" and translated to english it will be something like "Patty shells with chicken in aspargus".

| 1⁄2 | dl | cutted aspargus with fluids |
| 1 | dl | milk |
| 1⁄2 | dl | cream |
| 25 | g | butter |
| 2 | tbsp | wheat flour |
| 6 | patty shells | |
| 1 | dr | salt and pepper |
